Unlock your body's potential through intelligent resistance training. Using a variety of tools – dumbbells, physio balls and resistance bands – we focus on form and smart exercise selection to build a strong, functional foundation. In our supportive environment, you'll be encouraged to safely push your threshold, gradually increasing your strength and confidence with each session.


VOLT
Ignite your body and mind in this dynamic, full-body workout. Starting with mobility-boosting moves, we'll progressively challenge your strength and endurance using 5lb dumbbells and bodyweight exercises. Bursts of high-intensity cardio elevate your heart rate and energy. You'll leave feeling accomplished, stronger, and energized!
